A ribbed surface to create charred grill marks on you steaks and vegetables. A smooth teppanyaki surface for thinner slices of meat, eggs and vegetables.
The grill plate is made of sturdy cast iron which offers superior heat retention and even heating, the non stick cooking surface makes cleaning a breeze. Other design features include ergonomic handles for easy handling and silicon feet to protect the glass cooktop surface.
