You’ll be guided through the fundamentals of espresso preparation, with a strong focus on consistency – the hallmark of every great barista. We’ll cover:
- A practical understanding of coffee as a product
- Dosing and tamping techniques
- Grinder calibration and espresso troubleshooting
- Milk steaming and texturing to café standard
- Producing all the classic espresso beverages
- Cleanliness and hygiene as part of daily workflow
